....................This was a great idea.
One man, inspired by a drive and enthusiasm to do good for a charity decided to take a trip to Nepal to walk over mountains and miles of rough terrain in aid of Macmillan Cancer.
There was however one problem...........to raise over £3000 in order to make the trip possible.
Seven other people from various walks of life came up with the idea to try to raise money in order to make the trip possible.
Lots of ideas came up but one idea made it.......The 3 Peaks National Challenge.
This involves climbing the three highest mountains in England, Wales and Scotland, namely Scafell Pike, Snowdon and Ben Nevis respectively. There was, however another problem, we were all unfit and only had 3 months to prepare!!
This blog is a diary of the events from today to the actual event and will be added to by all the people involved.
